Welcome to the Spice Lady of Maine, Who is the spice lady of Maine? I am Christine Pistole, the owner and CEO of Gryffon Ridge Spice Merchants, What is Gryffon Ridge Spice Merchants? We are Maine's only certified spice company the company and others in my life.  At times, since I am human my personal life will weave in and out of the blog, so sorry..( my poor friends and family..lol). As we begin on this adventure I am going to introduce you to my products and how they can be used in you everyday life. There will be some basic education for cooking, some education on the health benefits and some great cooking. I'm hoping to post weekly so not over whelm you.
